An allocation has been secured for at least 35 dwellings for land at Benns Lane, Terrington St Clement, which has been promoted through the local plan process.

An application has been submitted for 44 units and recommended for approval by the LPA. The site offers the opportunity to provide much needed housing in the area and offer a second phase of approximately 100 units. The second phase of development is currently under promotion and an application to be lodged shortly. A comprehensive masterplan has been developed to allow the site to eventually form one large housing development.
