Land off Amberstone Road
This site had two landowners and was acquired and assembled over a number of years. The land was outside of the town's settlement boundary and not on the Local Planning Authority's radar for development. Promotion through the Local Plan process and several pre application ‘concept’ meetings resulted in the site being formally supported by the Local Planning Authority and at the Local Plan Examination in Public. Following this, our application for 157 units was supported and we received planning permission. All of the site has now been sold to a mainstream housebuilder.
