Harvest Hill Road


A draft allocation has been secured for up to 380 dwellings for land at Harvest Hill, Maidenhead, which has been promoted throughout the Local Plan process.

The site will be removed from the Green Belt upon adoption of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Local Plan and allocated for residential development. The site offers the opportunity to form part of a comprehensive development, alongside other adjoining sites identified as additional development land. The masterplan will provide a residential development that benefits from accessible links to local movement networks and the M4 and new open space that include areas for play, informal recreation, attenuation, planting and ecological enhancement.
